What we can settle

Anything about the catalogue. Whether a litre lasts you a month or a fortnight at the serving on the label. What the difference is between the litre bottle and the four-bottle case once you divide the price by four. What the panel names, ingredient by ingredient. How the juice tastes on its own and what people mix it with when the taste is more than they wanted.

Corrections most of all: if a number here argues with the one on your bottle, tell us the page and the figure, and we will fix it and say what changed.

What we cannot settle

Whether you personally should drink this. We are not clinicians, we have no way to know what else you take, and the honest answer to a medical question is your own doctor or pharmacist. That is not a brush-off; it is in the terms because we mean it.

What belongs to the shop

Orders, delivery windows, a bottle that arrived broken, refunds and returns live where you paid. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. We cannot see your order and cannot look it up.

How long we take

A few working days, with no ticket numbers and no queue music, because people read this mailbox between other work.
